Sampda Kamat

Managing Director

A creative mind shaped by experience and vision, Sampda Kamat brings a rare blend of artistic intuition and strategic clarity to every project she leads. Her journey began at Sophia Polytechnic, Mumbai, where she built her foundation in Applied Arts. She further evolved her craft while working alongside the legendary Late Ram Mohan during her early years at UTV.

Through her experience at UTV and Magic Elements Studios, Sampda cultivated a sharp creative edge and a reputation for building lasting client value. In 2020, she launched RecordTime with a clear mission: to craft content that’s visually compelling and strategically powerful.

Today, Sampda leads with a perfect blend of creativity and clarity – directing everything from animated explainers to high-impact corporate films. Her vision and leadership have made RecordTime a go-to name for brands looking to enhance their content game.

Sampda’s creativity extends far beyond the studio. She nurtures her passion through sketching, tending to over 40 plants, and embarking on solo adventures that inspire her work. As a Guest Lecturer at Vidyalankar Engineering College, she shares her expertise in Exploring Indian Art, guiding students to appreciate the deep connections between culture and design. Whether through teaching, personal exploration, or her daily life, Sampda’s creativity is a constant presence, influencing every frame she shapes.

Saket Bagaitkar

Creative Director

Saket Bagaitkar brings over a decade of visual storytelling expertise to RecordTime, playing a crucial role in the company’s creative process. With a background rooted in photography and a solid foundation in animation and VFX, he crafts visuals that are both artistic and purposeful.

His journey began behind the lens, inspired by his father. That early passion evolved into a professional pursuit—capturing over 400 events, marathons, and portraits across India, which helped him develop a sharp visual instinct and an ability to tell powerful stories through imagery.

As Creative Director, Saket is at the helm of every project, from concept development to final execution. His hands-on involvement ensures that every visual element, whether it’s a brand video, an animated story, or an immersive campaign, is meticulously crafted to perfection. He transforms complex ideas into visually compelling narratives that resonate with audiences and maintain the highest standards of excellence.

A lifelong learner, Saket draws creative inspiration from everyday life, culture, and travel. His commitment to innovation and attention to detail ensures that RecordTime’s work is always fresh, refined, and unforgettable.
